Kauai update

We just got a call from Kimbie. They were at the grocery store shopping for food. The cabin where she's staying is a duplex, with six girls on each side. They're able to open the door between the two sides so they can all hang out together, which she said is a good feature. It's very cold at night and she's getting good use from her sleeping bag liner. It's hot in the daytime. They're continuing to do a lot of hiking -- a 13-mile hike yesterday. She has some blisters on the bottoms of her toes. The mud hike, which was originally scheduled for today, will be tomorrow. On Sunday she does the zip line and then on Monday is the kayak trip.
